AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has expressed his deep displeasure over failure of the Govt. to trace out the whereabouts of Manzoor Ahmad Khan, allegedly summoned to Army camp in Lolab and never returned till date. Addressing a function at Kupwara today, Er. Rasheed asked Security agencies to tell the truth without further excuses about the fate of Manzoor Ahmad Khan. He said “Not only the security agencies but the entire administration has led the family of Manzoor Ahmad Khan down and hopeless. It is shameful that the incident is not being taken seriously and security agencies are  not showing the desired will and commitment to trace out Mr. Manzoor. Even the family and local inhabitants are being harassed and masses are being disallowed peaceful precessions. The said incident has exposed the seriousness of the Govt. and the security agencies and gives ample reasons to conclude that the claims of calling Kashmiris their own people are hallow and false”. Er. Rasheed warned administration of dire consequences if it fails to do justice with the family of Manzoor Ahmad Khan an added that suppression power of the state cannot succeed forever and truth has to prevail at all costs sooner or  latter.
